The one-year
Post-Baccalaureate Certificate Program is designed for students who have
completed a bachelor’s degree and are looking for an intense extra year of study
before launching a career as an artist or pursuing graduate studies. Successful
applicants are college graduates with a degree in any field, coupled with studio
experience and a strong portfolio. Here’s how to apply:
- Check our deadlines. The priority deadline for fall admission is March 15. If
you submit your application after the priority deadline, your application will
be reviewed on a rolling basis.
- Submit the Application for Admission with
the $65 application fee and two essays (or one essay and a personal statement).

- Arrange for your
official college transcript(s) to be sent to the Admissions Office.
- Submit a portfolio for review.
- Submit three letters of
recommendation.
