Prospective students are encouraged to visit the Admissions Office in the main building before visiting the Mission Hill building.

To get to the Mission Hill building from the main building of the SMFA, go northeast on Fenway toward Forsyth Way. Turn right onto Forsyth Way. Turn right onto Avenue of the Arts/Huntington Ave/MA-9 W. Follow Huntington 0.6 miles and turn left onto Tremont St. Turn right onto St. Alphonsus St. The Mission Hill building is on the left side, midway up the street. Estimated driving time: 4 minutes.

From Storrow Drive
Take the Fenway/Route 1 South exit. From the exit, take a left at the first traffic light towards Boylston Street-Inbound. At the second traffic light, turn right. Drive past a third traffic light. At the fourth traffic light, take a right onto Hemenway Street and proceed to the end of the street. Take a left onto Forsyth Street and proceed one short block. At the traffic light, take a right onto Huntington Avenue. Follow Huntington 0.6 miles and turn left onto Tremont St. Turn right onto St. Alphonsus St. The Mission Hill building is on the left side, midway up the street.

Logan Airport (Route 1A)
Take the Sumner Tunnel to Downtown Boston. As you exit the tunnel, take the up-ramp to the Fitzgerald Expressway (I-93 North). Take the second right down-ramp to Storrow Drive. From there, follow the directions “From Storrow Drive.”*

From the North (Route 1 and I-95)
Cross the Tobin Bridge and follow signs to Storrow Drive. From there, take the Fenway/Route 1 South exit. From the exit, take a left at the first traffic light towards Boylston Street-Inbound. At the second traffic light, turn right. Drive past a third traffic light. At the fourth traffic light, take a right onto Hemenway Street and proceed to the end of the street. From the South (Route 3)
Route 3 merges with the Southeast Expressway (I-93). Follow the Expressway to Downtown Boston and take the Storrow Drive exit. From there, take the Fenway/Route 1 South exit. From the exit, take a left at the first traffic light towards Boylston Street-Inbound. At the second traffic light, turn right. Drive past a third traffic light. At the fourth traffic light, take a right onto Hemenway Street and proceed to the end of the street. Take a left onto Forsyth Street and proceed one short block. From the West (Turnpike I-90)
From the Massachusetts Turnpike-I-90 (traveling East): Upon approaching the Boston city limits, look for the Prudential Center/Copley Square exit (Exit 22). It will be the first exit after the toll plaza. You will enter a tunnel and Exit 22 will be on your right. Upon entering the exit ramp, get into the left lane (Prudential Center) and follow the exit to Huntington Avenue. Follow Huntington Avenue approximately one mile, past the Christian Science Center (take underpass), Northeastern University, and the Museum of Fine Arts. Turn left onto Tremont St. Turn right onto St. Alphonsus St. The Mission Hill building is on the left side, midway up the street.

From Route 9 (Traveling east)
After Brookline Village, Route 9 turns into Huntington Avenue, Boston. Follow Huntington Avenue for approximately 1 mile. One short block beyond Longwood Avenue, turn left and cross the trolley tracks. Take a right at the next small intersection onto Evans Way. Follow to the traffic light. Continue straight on The Fenway, passing behind the Museum of Fine Arts. Take the next right onto Forsyth Street, go one block to Huntington Avenue, and turn right. Follow Huntington 0.6 miles and turn left onto Tremont St. Turn right onto St. Alphonsus St. The Mission Hill building is on the left side, midway up the street.
