Register now for Spring 2009 Studio Art Courses!

Continuing Education at the SMFA welcomes students of any level or art background—and registering for courses and workshops is easy. Register by fax, mail, or online.

Trouble choosing a class? We're available by phone to answer questions and advise you on the class that's right for you. Call us at 617-369-3644 Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, then register by one of the ways listed below. 

    Mac Users please note: Internet Explorer for Mac is not supported on these forms.

  • By fax: Download the appropriate registration form to the right, complete it, and fax it to the Office of the Registrar at 617-541-0920. (Be sure to include your MasterCard or VISA number.)

  • By mail: Download the appropriate registration form to the right, complete it, and mail it with the course tuition to:
                    Office of the Registrar
                    School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston
                    230 The Fenway
                    Boston, MA 02115

  • In person: Register in person at the Continuing Education Office at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, at 230 The Fenway. For office hours, see Contact Us

After you complete the above registration process, you will be mailed a registration information sheet and a student schedule, which will serve as verification of your enrollment. Notification via post mail may be expected within ten days of registration.           

Courses are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Early registration is recommended. If your course is already filled, we’ll notify you and place you on a waiting list.

Full payment of tuition and all fees must be received at the time of registration. The School maintains the right to recommend course changes if the instructor feels that the student would be better served by another course.
