| Are you stuck? If you have a well of ideas building up inside you but can't (or don't know how to) get them out, this is the intensive for you. We will offer projects that will challenge your notion of what art is and stretch your imagination. There is no right, there is no wrong, there is no good, there is no bad. There is only work. Studio space will be provided as well as some materials. We will focus on the process of exploring and experimenting with two- and three-dimensional projects. Abstract concepts, autobiographical content, and conceptual ideas will be part of lively discussions, as will short readings. Jump Start Your Art is not technique based but concentrates on helping you expand your awareness in making art. |
