for the development of individual artistic goals and study, and an exhibition at
the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston (MFA). The “SMFA Traveling Scholars” exhibition
featuring the work of these award winners will be on view at the MFA in the
spring of 2010.
Recipients were selected by
jury members José Luis Falconi, art forum curator at the David Rockefeller
Center for Latin American Studies, Harvard University; Denise Marika, artist and
educator (Massachusetts College of Art and Design); and Gregory Williams, assistant professor of Contemporary Art at Boston
University.
Congratulations to the
winners!
