This spring the SMFA and Lord
& Taylor joined forces to create a unique art project. Students were
challenged to get in touch with their "fashionable" side and create works using
Lord & Taylor shopping bags, which would then be displayed in the
Boston store. From a brightly colored kimono to intricate
jewelry boxes, the works represent a
diverse range inspirations and techniques. "Passion for Fashion" is on view through April 25 on the
second floor of the Boylston Street Lord & Taylor.
