		Elaine Bay Biography Elaine Bay (printmaking) earned a BFA from The University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) ('99) and a MFA from the Museum School/Tufts University ('04). Bay has exhibited at the Union Cinema at UTEP ('99, '98, '97); Fox Fine Arts Glass Gallery, UTEP ('99, '98); Fox Fine Arts Main Gallery at UTEP ('98); and the Union Gallery, UTEP ('97). She has won numerous awards for printmaking and filmmaking, created screen prints for popular bands, and frequently participates in community art projects.   Links Visit Elaine Bay's Web site
