The Faculty Handbook of the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston (SMFA), includes:

• Faculty rights and responsibilities;
• Administrative and faculty decision-making processes regarding academic and studio programs, as well as the faculty and individual faculty members; and
• The ways in which  the faculty and administration work to sustain and strengthen the SMFA's educational quality.

All faculty members should be familiar with the contents of this handbook.
