| Biography |
| Kata Hull (foundation) received a BA from Middlebury College (’74). She has exhibited in numerous juried and invitational shows, including the Essex Art Center’s “10th Annual Juried Show” (award recipient) and the “13th Annual Juried Show,” Lawrence, Mass.; “The National Prize Show,” Cambridge, Mass.; “American and European Paintings,” Firewall Gallery at Skinner, Boston; and “4 From 11,” Brickbottom Gallery, Somerville, Mass. Her additional shows include the annual “11 Miller Street Open Studios,” Somerville, Mass.; the annual “Cambridgeport Open Studios,” Cambridge, Mass.; and shows at the Boston Athenaeum. Her work also appeared in “Everything Begins in the Water,” a juried group show inaugurating the Mayyim Hayyim Gallery, Newton, Mass. Hull has worked in illustration, design, and printmaking, and has led drawing and collage workshops for individuals and organizations. |
