Biography
Mindy Nierenberg (Artists Resource Center) is the Senior Program Manager who oversees the development and supervision of projects and programs for Tisch College at Tufts University. She is also an exhibiting artist, has served as a consultant in the field of visual art and civic engagement, and taught the Experimental College course Art, Activism, and Community: Visual Arts for Social Change. Nierenberg has worked in higher education for 25 years, beginning with serving as a resident director of Houston Hall at Tufts University from 1982-1986. Prior to Tisch, she spent 11 years at the Massachusetts College of Art, where she served as an assistant dean of Academic Affairs, associate dean of students, and founded the college’s Office for Community and Service Learning.
