| Biography |
| Linda Priest (metals) is a metalsmith who works in precious metals, crystal formations, and stones, and is known for her repoussee relief imagery. She earned a Diploma (’68) and Fifth Year Certificate (‘69) at the Museum School. Priest’s work is represented nationally at Aaron Faber Gallery, New York City; Facere, Seattle, Wash.; and the Cooley Gallery, Old Lyme, Conn. Her work was included in recent group exhibitions at Aaron Faber Gallery, New York City; St. Botolph Club, Boston; Racine Art Museum, Racine, Wis; and CraftsBoston, Boston. In 2006 she exhibited in a juried show at Contemporary Crafts Museum and Gallery, Portland, Ore. Articles about her work have appeared in Ornament and Lapidary Journal. |
