"Decent Exposure": A Juried Exhibition of Work by SMFA Continuing Education Students
May 17, 2007

Heidi Lo, Cracked 2, 2007, Oil.

This juried exhibition features a selection of work by 52 artists (see below) enrolled in SMFA's spring 2007 Continuing Education studio art courses. Continuing Education has long been an integral part of SMFA's curriculum, but for the first time in more than 10 years a juried exhibition has been created to display work created solely by CE students. The concept of a Continuing Education exhibition arose primarily from the desire to provide students with an opportunity to show their work to a wider audience as well as offer the community insight into the Continuing Education program.

"Decent Exposure" showcases the creativity and passion of these students and includes a wide range of media from drawing, metals, and photography, to animation, painting, and sculpture, and much more.
