The Artist’s Residence Hall (ARH) at Massachusetts College
of Art offers apartment-style living with 24-hour access to shared studio space.
The apartments accommodate between two and four people in a variety of
configurations. You’ll have the option of leasing for the academic year or the
calendar year, depending on the apartment style you choose. All apartments are
single sex within a co-ed facility, and wheelchair-accessible units are

Each Apartment Every apartment contains:
- A fully applianced
kitchen, complete with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and garbage
disposal
- Living and dining
areas with kitchen table and chairs, sofa, easy chair, and coffee table
- Bathrooms with
shower and toilet separate from the sink and vanity
- Local telephone
access with voice mail, high-speed Internet access, and cable TV access
- Air
conditioning
- Single and double
bedrooms furnished with a drawing table, desk chair, captain’s-style bed
with under-bed portfolio storage, and a clothing armoire

worktables and easels, temporary storage space, special ventilation, work sinks,
and an Internet connection.
