Courtyard Gallery, Museum of Fine Arts, Boston

On view February 6–July 11, "Students Curate Students: Aperture into the Ordinary" presents a wide range of photography by nine Museum School students. Selected from curatorial proposals submitted by students, this exhibition is entirely comprised of recent work curated by MFA candidate Nancy Ellen Jones and BFA candidate Gabrielle Toman.

SBInc. is a student-comprised, student-run group. Its mission is to work toward the unification of the student body through clubs, groups, and events. Any student can propose an event, club, or group. SBInc. will collectively discuss and decide on approval and funding. If you have an idea on how to make SMFA more fun, SBInc. is your place!

Some SBInc. sponsored clubs and events in the past include: B.A.R.F (Bikes are Really Fun), SMFA Rhinotones, the Society for Urban Exploration, SMFA Recycling, HFC (Horror Film Club), All School Lunches, Thanksgiving Potluck.

All Day - "Picture Perfect: 2010 Photo Area Show"

On view through March 18, this marvelous annual show, organized by the Photo faculty, features work by dozens of student artists currently exploring the varied and expressive medium.

On view through March 18, "Water/Worlds: Selections from Heidi Whitman's Mapping & Water-based Media Classes," showcases the fantastic work of Heidi's recent students, including work in watercolor, gouache, ink, pencil, collage and several other media, intriguing maps and one incredible book.
