New York City Bus Trip

NYC Bus Trips are open to all members of the SMFA community. Bus departs from SMFA at 7am and arrives at the Metropolitan Museum of Art (5th Ave & 82nd) in NYC around 11 am. You are free to explore the city (maps are provided) until 7pm when the bus departs from in front of the Met. $10, sign up at Student Affairs.

On October 2+3, a group of MFA students will exhibit traditional works, abstract paintings, mixed-media, collage, sculpture and digital imagery in the gallery of the Mission Hill building as part of the 2010 Roxbury Open Studios.

S.A. Bachman will discuss the 17' x 67' mural photograph that THINK AGAIN has installed in the Renaissance Court, also known as The Wall at WAM, in conjunction with a large-scale outdoor projection. Additionally, she will lecture on the history of THINK AGAIN in the context of other projects they have installed. The installation has been in place for two years, and will be de-installed a few days after the lecture.
Please join us for this unique opportunity to view one of the world's larger photographs in situ.
