Greg Mahoney (film) received a B.A. in Visual and Environmental studies from Harvard College in 2005. He uses film, animation, and sculpture to reveal past and future narratives that resonate within city landscapes. Examining trials of progress and old visions of utopian futures, his multimedia environments construct physical relics of a buried urban experience. He is currently working on an ongoing experimental feature film that uses myth structure to imagine historic urban architecture as an agent in the realization of past ideals. Greg was born, lives, and works in the former industrial capital of Brockton, Massachusetts.
