Abby Zonies (painting) received a BFA from Boston University's School of Fine Arts('77) and a MFA from the Museum School/Tufts University ('81). She has had recent exhibitions at the South Shore Art Center, Cohasset, Mass. ('08,'07); the Blanche Ames Foundation, National Juried Art Competition, Easton, Mass.,('08); Horn Gallery, Babson College, Wellesley,Mass. ('03); Perkins Gallery, Striar Jewish Community Center, Stoughton, Mass. ('07); Karl Drerup Gallery, Plymouth State University, Plymouth, N.H. ('06); Whistler House Museum of Art, Lowell, Mass. ('06);); Museum of Fine Arts, Boston ('02); and Art Advisory/Boston ('02 and '96). She has received awards including Best in Show in the Springfield Art League National Competition and the Artists Foundation Fellowship Program Zonies's work is in corporate and private collections, including those of Fidelity Investments and John Hancock and Genzyme.
