Kristen holds an M.Ed. from Harvard Graduate School of Education (2006) with a concentration in Arts in Education and a BA from Mount Holyoke College (2004). She also holds Massachusetts a teaching license in Visual Art for Pre-K through grade 12. Kristen is currently a middle school art teacher at the Chenery Middle School, Belmont Public Schools. She also taught grades 7-12 in Providence, RI. She holds professional membership with the National Art Education Association, the Massachusetts Art Education Association and the National Association for Multicultural education. She has presented at numerous professional conferences on art education and multicultural curriculum.
