Fran (computer arts) is a resident scholar at the Womens Studies Research Center at Brandeis University. She is also a recipient of grants from the Sassower, the Tyre, and the Pufflin Foundations. She teaches workshops in digital montage, and her work has been exhibited widely, both locally and internationally. In 2008 and in 2007, she was a winner in PX3 Prix de la Photographie Paris, their Peoples Choice award, and Adobe Photoworkshop.com, the 2008 International Photography Awards, as well as numerous juried exhibitions. Her work appears in journals and magazines and adorns the covers of several books.
