Film/Animation. BFA, Museum School/Tufts University ('77). East Coast creative director for Olive Jar Studios, Inc., a commercial animation production company based in Boston and Los Angeles. In thirteen years as a freelance director and animator, he has created program opens, interstitials, and commercials for MTV Networks, Showtime, the Discovery Channel, ESPN, and many others. His seven films have been screened at more than one hundred national and international film festivals and have received dozens of awards. He has received the American Film Institute Production Grant, a National Endowment for the Arts Production Grant, and a Guggenheim Fellowship to pursue his film work.
