Christopher Chippendale (painting) received a BFA from Massachusetts College of Art, a BA from Marlboro College, and an MFA from Boston University's School of Visual Arts. His recent exhibitions include shows at Soprafina Gallery, Boston ('06); Plum Gallery, Williamstown, Mass. ('03); St. Botolph Club, Boston ('02); South Shore Art Center, Cohasset, Mass. ('02); and Station Gallery, West Stockbridge, Mass. ('00). Some of his awards and grants include the Blanche E. Colman Award and the St. Botolph Club Foundation Grant. Chippendale teaches painting courses at the Museum School and is an associate professor at Massachusetts College of Art and Design.
