Gerri Rachins is a visual artist who creates drawings, paintings, prints, and installations. She has had four solo exhibitions in the Boston area, where she resides. Rachins has also shown work in several group exhibitions in major U.S. cities, including New York, Chicago, and Baltimore. Her work is part of private and public collections, including Museum of Fine Arts Boston, Danforth Art Museum, Fidelity Investments, Dana Farber Cancer Institute, The Faulkner Hospital, Neiman Marcus Corporate Collection, The Kamm Collection, Berkshire Partners, Bain Capital, Wingate Companies and others.

Rachins has been a faculty member for over a decade at The School of The Museum of Fine Arts Boston and Massachusetts College of Art & Design. She has also taught at New England School of Art & Design/Suffolk University, New England Institute of Art, de Young Museum in San Francisco, CA, and The Peabody Essex Museum in Salem, MA. She has been a Cultural Agenda Fund Panelist for the City of Boston, and a Program Coordinator for the Boston Mayor's Youth Arts Corps.

She received a Master of Fine Arts from Massachusetts College of Art and Design, a Bachelor of Fine Arts from University of the Arts in Philadelphia, and also studied at The New York Studio School of Drawing, Painting and Sculpture.
