2012 Medal Award Honoring Lalla Essaydi

The School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston will honor photographer and SMFA alumna Lalla Essaydi (MFA 2003) with the 17th annual Medal Award, which is presented annually to individuals who have made a significant and lasting impact on the art world.

The gala event—which included cocktails, dinner, award presentation and a silent auction of student work—will be held in the Ruth and Carl J. Shapiro Family Courtyard. Proceeds directly benefit Museum School students.
