"Secret Acts," features four artists who turn private acts into public narrative, examining reality/fiction, ritual/restitution and past/present. Courtney McClellan transgresses the limits of imagination, text and three-dimensional space through the lens of Virginia Woolf. McClellan is an interdisciplinary artist from Greensboro, NC. She graduated with a BA in Studio Art and Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of North Carolina– Chapel Hill in 2008. She currently lives and works in Boston, MA.
