Join the Art Resource Collaborative for Kids (ARCK) on June 20 for "ARCK on Deck at the SMFA," a fundraiser and exhibition to benefit ARCK's enrichment programs in Boston public schools. Hosted at SMFA, the evening features an exhibition of art created by 4th, 5th and 6th grade students from Gardner Pilot Academy, a sale of select works by SMFA and ARCK students, a raffle, small bites, cocktails and DJ/dancing.

ARCK aims to bring high quality art instructors and enrichment programs to Boston public schools. The Boston nonprofit seeks to give all students access to visual arts education which studies have shown reinforces traditional academic objectives while providing students with the ability to express their diverse cultural values, promoting understanding and compassion.

Artwork by ARCK's students and from SMFA artists will be available for sale at the June 20 event. All funds raised will go towards the purchase of supplies, materials and training for teachers.
