How do I request a transcript? To request a transcript for studio courses taken at the
Museum School, order online through the National Student Clearing House, download and complete the Transcript Request Form, or send
in a signed letter including the following information: your name at the time
you attended, dates that you attended, current address, current phone number,
date of birth, Social Security number, and the address to where the transcript
should be sent.
Each request must be accompanied by the applicable processing
fee (rates were effective July 1,
2004): Official transcript: $5 per copy Unofficial transcript: $2 per copy Review Board comments: $15 per copy

Transcripts are processed every Tuesday. Please plan
accordingly if you have a deadline. Rush services are an additional $15.
Transcripts can be sent via FedEx but FedEx fees and envelopes must be provided
by the requestor.

How do I find an alum? Due to privacy laws, we are unable to share information about our
alumni without their permission, but if you e-mail us their name and the
approximate years they attended the School, we’ll do our best to contact them
and be back in touch with you.

Are
professional development resources available to
alumni? Yes. The Artist's Resource Center (ARC) provides
individualized, one-on-one professional development support throughout
your
career. The ARC also produces artSource, an index of arts-related
opportunities
and resources, including job listings, grants and
residencies, commissions, and
exhibitions.
Am I an alum? The School considers you an alum if you have completed two or
more semesters of coursework at the School. If you are an alum but are not
receiving artMatters and other alumni publications, please update your address
with us.
