Organize an Exhibition

Students can organize exhibitions in the Project Space, BAG Gallery, the Weems Center, and in non-exhibition spaces throughout the school. Two week time slots are given for exhibitions in all spaces. Click here to download the Artwork in Common Spaces Approval Form.

The Project Space, Weems Center, and BAG Gallery are community exhibition spaces. Maintenance of the area is the responsibility of the reserving parties.

Reservations for the Project Space, Weems Center, and BAG Gallery take place in April for the following academic year. Faculty and graduate students are given first priority in the reservation process; open slots will be made available to all other students on a case by case basis at the beginning of the fall semester each year.

Any major changes to the gallery (dark paint, large holes, pedestal arrangements) must first be approved by the Exhibitions Office, then repaired/restored/removed at the time of your de-installation.
Minor improvements (filling nail holes, fresh paint) are to be done by the party installing.

You are given one day before your opening for installation, and one day after your closing for de-installation.

The Exhibitions Department will provide the following services/materials:
