Digital Compass
Find your way to image collections from around the world...

Image credits at the bottom of the page

The Digital Compass points students and faculty to a comprehensive index of image collections accessible online for educational use only, often with a specific focus. Students and faculty can access the Digital Compass from virtually any computer with Internet access; the collections are linked to the SMFA Web site. Additional collections will be posted regularly to include new and innovative resources.

To view specific collections, choose a subject of interest from the Subject Guide below. Select the Web site you are interested in viewing and the Digital Compass will bring you to the home page of the site where you can enter its collection; Web addresses of individual collections are often revised. The Digital Compass is accurate, reliable, and easy to use.
